Utilizing Siemens Unigraphics NX® CAD software to design tools and working in cooperation with our team of skilled programmers, who provide multi-axis CNC programs, we have a solid reputation for development of a variety of details, sub-assemblies, and assemblies. CNC Programming
Danville Metal has been involved with CNC machining since the 1970’s. Our Programming Department has steadily grown in size and experience. Today, we employ 6 programmers with a combined total of over 60 years of experience. Our programming capabilities have grown from 2 axis lathes and 3 axis machining centers to 6 axis lasers and EDM fast hole drilling including robotic control.
